A single-admin tool for composing line-item offers (quotes / Angebote) with per-line discounts and VAT, sending them to customers via a signed acceptance link, and tracking the outcome — accepted, rejected, expired, withdrawn or superseded by a revision. Self-contained: one package.json, no external services, MIT.
